Ordering
To order simply choose one of the following methods:
- Visit Allstar Batteries at 12 Garret St, Brendale, Qld 4500.

Once your order is received Allstar Batteries will contact you ASAP to confirm your order details, payment and any delivery requirements.
Payment Options
Payment can be made via the following methods:
- Cash
- Direct Debit
- EFTPOS
- Credit Card – Diners Club and AMEX are not accepted
Product Delivery
- Orders will be sent within 2 days of the order date where possible.
- As standard, Allstar Batteries delivers items via Couriers Please.

Returns and Damaged Goods
If you receive a part and later decide you do not want it, Allstar Batteries will only accept returns subject to the following conditions:
- The product(s) must be new, unused, uninstalled, and complete with all parts, including the shipping package.
- Returned products must be current production items. Earlier versions of a particular model product cannot be returned.
- There is a 25% restock fee for all returned parts. Shipping charges are not refunded.
- Before returning a product, you must call Allstar Batteries. You will be given an authorisation number, which you must write on the outside of the shipping box. A copy of the original sales invoice must be included in the box with the returned product.
Should you receive damaged goods, notify Allstar Batteries immediately. Keep the packaging and damaged goods for inspection by the carrier.
Warranty and Repair
Please refer to the warranty details as supplied by the manufacturer of each product. Allstar Batteries or any of its affiliates shall not be liable for injury, consequential, or other types of damages resulting from the misuse of the products.
