Where did the interest in Drag Racing come from? My family had always been involved, so I guess you could say it is a family trait.

How long have you been Drag Racing for? I have been racing since 1977.

If there was one thing you could change about Drag Racing right now what would that be? More corporate involvement.

What other cars have you raced? I started in street cars, then moved to a super charged altered and I have been driving a funnycar since 1982.

Debbie Reed

Debbie previously drove the teams 3500 horsepower dragster and in January 2011 a serious accident ended her Drag Racing career.

Debbie has been competing in motorsport since she was 18 years old after she met Steven and his family. Over her career Debbie has made many headlines, from 'Fastest Women in Australia', to currently the only female racer to win a Top Alcohol championship event and can also add finishing 2nd, by the narrowest of margins in the 2009/2010 championship season.

Debbie's quickest time is 5.57 seconds in a quarter mile and fastest speed of 253 mph.

Regretfully Debbie is now out of the driver's seat but still involved with Steve's funnycar.

Daniel Reed

Daniel son of Steve & Debbie also previously drove under the Reed Racing banner in a supercharged outlaws altered. Proving the sport is in the blood line Daniel won Willowbank Track Champion in Supercharged Outlaws 3 times in 2004, 2005 & 2007 & Australian Supercharged Outlaws Championship in 2007.

Daniel has always been heavily involved in motorsport, previously working for V8 supercar team '888' as an engine builder and currently is employed by Stuart Bishop Racing full time as crew chief & engine builder/tuner.

Daniel also supports his fiance Fiona Keating in her 'Kincrome' supercharged dragster, who recently won Willowbank Track Champion 2011 in Supercharged Outlaws and when ever Bishop is not running in Top Doorslammer you'll find Daniel on hand with the dragster.
